A proud great-grandmother! Unseen photo of the Queen and Prince Philip with Prince George, Princess Charlotte, Mia Tindall and Isla and Savannah Phillips is spotted on display at Windsor Castle

The Queen has revealed a previously unseen family photo showing her cuddling on the sofa with Prince Philip and five of her great-grandchildren as the 95-year-old monarch held a face-to-face audience at Windsor Castle on Wednesday. In the background of shots is an adorable framed image showing Her Majesty and the late Duke of Edinburgh with Prince George, Princess Charlotte, Peter Phillips's children, Isla and Savannah, and Zara Tindall's daughter, Mia. The sofa and decorations suggest the photo was taken in Buckingham Palace's White Drawing Room ¿ an intimate state room that is regularly used for audiences and small gatherings.
The adorable framed image shows Her Majesty (second left) and the late Duke of Edinburgh (second right) with Prince George (center back), Princess Charlotte (second right on Queen's lap), Peter Phillips's children, Isla (far right) and Savannah (far left), and Zara Tindall's daughter, Mia (front center in front of George). It's likely the photo was taken in late 2015 as Princess Charlotte, now six, is a baby in the photo
For royal watchers, the photo will be reminiscent of an image released by the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge following Prince Philip's death in April. The shot, taken at Balmoral Castle in 2018 by Kate Middleton, shows Prince Philip with his arm around Peter Phillips's daughter Isla, while the Queen, 94, is seen holding a then-baby Prince Louis in her arms. Prince George and Princess Charlotte can be seen offering cheeky smiles in the picture, while Peter's elder daughter, Savannah Phillips, poses alongside Zara Tindall's daughters, Mia and Lena.
