They announced their split late last month.
And according to NW Magazine, Married at First Sight stars Simon McQuillan and Alene Khatcherian are back on.
The publication alleges that the pair ‘rekindled’ their relationship at the Ipswich Cup in Queensland just over a week ago, and are moving in together.
‘Alene is crazy about Simon,’ a ‘pal’ told the magazine.
They added about the romance being back on: ‘They’re in it for the long haul this time.’
The pair previously enjoyed a long-distance romance after the show ended, with Alene being based in Sydney and Simon being based in Queensland.
‘Alene was heartbroken losing Simon the first time around, but she knew she couldn’t take him away from his life on the farm,’ the source said.
But the magazine reports that Alene decided to move to Queensland to be with her man.
Daily Mail Australia has contacted Alene and Simon for comment in relation to this story.
Indeed, New Idea reports that Simon didn’t deny that they were back together when the magazine contacted for comment.
And at the Ipswich Cup, both stars shared snaps from the day.
Simon shared a sweet snap of himself with Alene, who wore a navy dress and a fascinator.
Alene also shared another group shot, featuring Sean and John from the show, with fans asking her if she and Simon had reunited.
‘Are you back with Simon?,’ one fan asked.
John replied: ‘I’ve heard not but they looked pretty cosy to me,’ John cheekily replied.
Simon then shared a snap of the group having drinks, with fans quick to point out that Simon and Alene were sitting next to each other.
Last month, the pair announced their split.
The pair told The Fix that although they were going strong when filming the show, it wasn’t working out.
‘It was a difficult decision but we have decided to part ways.’
‘We remain the greatest of friends and we will continue to be part of each others’ lives. We thank you for your privacy at this time.’
Although Alene was planning on leaving Sydney to move to Ipswich with Simon, the plans fell through.
Alene said: ‘The long distance has been hard.’
‘I come home on a Friday night and I call up Simon and I’m like, “Let’s go out!” but obviously, that can’t happen.’
